Purpose
The Advance Information on
Forthcoming Market Surveys and Calls for Tenders is a document
presented updated at every Finance Committee (at least four,
normally five,
times a year). Expenditures expected to be over 200
kCHF (subject to tender procedure) shall be announced in
this document.
Dates of Finance Committee
meetings, with deadlines for presentation
of documents, are announced at the beginning of each year
year by a memorandum from the Head of FP Department.

The document
is sent to the Member State
Delegations and Industrial
Liaison Officers as well as to
chambers of commerce and
industrial associations if so
specified in lists provided by
Member State Delegations. The
document is published and free
of access on the internet. |
Procedure
At least four, normally five,
times a year, about 3 months before the Finance Committee, the
Purchasing Service gives the deadline for publication of the
Department Requests in the “Advance Information on
Forthcoming Market Surveys and Calls for Tenders” document.
This information is transmitted to EN group leaders by the DPO.
Any Department Request to be published shall have completed its
EDH routing before the indicated deadline.

reviewed by the
EN Specification Review Panel
before the publication of the document.
